Apple Raisin Crepe Filling

Fresh Fruit Crepe Filling

 

1 pt. blueberries, washed

2 ripe nectarines, sliced

¾ c. vanilla yogurt

Lemon dessert sauce

 

Fill crepe with fruit and top with yogurt before folding.  Top crepe with lemon dessert sauce.

Lemon Dessert Sauce

1 c. sugar

2 T. cornstarch

2 c. water

¼ c. butter

2 T. lemon juice

2 T. grated lemon rind

 

Mix sugar and cornstarch in saucepan.  Gradually stir in water.  Boil 1 min., stirring constantly.  Stir in butter and flavoring.  Makes 2 cups.
